Heady Pies

The regular A.A. cashier is very mean to patrons. It's obvious that she doesn't want to be there or, better yet, doesn't want to work at all. She's rude to me every time that I go in there and place an order. The other day, I wanted a pickle with my order, and she barked at me. She's all tatted-up and thugged-out and was probably released from prison not too long ago. She scares me. I'm done with Jimmy John's. They really should close this particular location because of ex-felon staff. Good help is hard to find. This is especially true at the 14th street location.

I have now ordered from the store three different times, every single time it takes 45 minutes to an hour just for them to make the sandwich and deliver it. Today they didn’t even bother to deliver it so we have to file a dispute with our credit card company. I guess it’ll be the last time I order Jimmy John’s for a while, or if I do it will not be with this store.

This is what Jimmy John thinks about Handicapped people needing to park. There is only one Handicap parking spot and Jimmy John thinks it's for their Delivery people to park in. When they don't park at the Handicap parking, they still park illegally right next to it. This makes it impossible for a handicap passenger to get out of the car. Don't Reward these people for their Bad Behavior!

I went there and bought three sandwiches one was a combo they were delicious everyone was wearing gloves the young man that attended to me and the cashier was very polite they were very very nice when I walked in the door they all greeted me the place was spotless and clean everybody was busy they had a nice music playing and it looked like they were preparing for a large pick up order but it just felt wonderful I told them they were awesome they deserve 100 stars plus great work !! Great atmosphere and I ate in it was wonderful spotless!! The very best Jimmy John’s. In all Georgia! I was there at 11 am

Good luck getting your food. They are happy to take your money though... Update: Don't bother contacting the customer service as I was instructed below(by the owner). I was informed that this Jimmy John's is individually owned(the guy below) and because of that he is responsible for all issues that come up. So basically the person responsible is telling me to tell someone else then they tell me it's owners(the guy below) problem. So he is just giving people the run around to avoid dealing with things and attempting to maintain his image by appearing to respond to feedback.
