Which Wich Emory

I still don't have my 3 regular fries. I placed an order online, as instructed by the sign on the door, on September 30, 2020. I waited outside for 20 minutes and was asked if I needed any help. Long story short, they did not receive my order. I wrote it down and showed where I paid. After receiving my sandwiches, I asked about my 3 regular fries. I was told the fry machine (I guess fryer) was down. I asked about getting my money back and was told only the manager/owner could do so. Before going on a hunt for my refund, I was less than pleased with the taste. Even my kids said it was disgusting. I started calling the store about my fries the next day and each time it was the same thing: 'The manager isn't here. We have your information and will pass it on'. As of February 2, 2021, I don't have fries or my money back. To make matters worse, trying to contact someone at corporate is a total joke, unless you want to start a franchise. I like the Which Wich close to my job (Peachtree Corners), but Emory Point is ridiculously unprofessional (how can there NEVER be a manager on duty). Overall, the organization's lack of customer service has turned me away as a customer.

This location stole my money. I ordered 2 sandwiches on March 27th, got confirmation and a pickup time, drove 45 minutes, just to find the location was closed for cleaning. Someone called me a day later asking if I wanted the sandwiches I paid for, and I asked them if they could help me get a refund. They sent me to the website where there was no way to get a refund. Straight up stole $30 bucks from me. If you eat here, go in person b/c their online will just charge you even if you never get your food b/c the place is closed.

Orders are prepared in a timely manner so you are not waiting for a long time for your order. The dining area is kept clean but it's on the smaller side so you are close to other people when crowded. I usually get the Ultimate BLT sandwich. The only complaint I have about this sandwich is that the avocado is sometimes really fresh and other times it is past its ripeness. You can also order online and then just pick up your sandwich at the counter.

I mean, how do you mess up a sandwich? Well this restaurant succeeded, it was absolutely horrible. I ordered the BLT with chicken. I had to take my sandwich back. It was disgusting. The avocado was nothing but brown mush and in case you thought it had taste, that’s all it tasted like: stale bread and avocado mush. NEVER going to any which wich again... YUCK! The service wasn’t awful but it wasn’t great either. We were the only ones in there and I see why.

So I've been here 4 times now. Here is my experience: Sandwich was wrong 3/4 times. Milkshake was wrong 3/4 times (they completely forgot it once and took 10 minutes making it). It always took 20-40 minutes to actually get my order, even if I was the only one there. The employees constantly played loud, explicit rap music over the store's speaker system. Idc about the rap music, but you probably shouldn't bring little kids here. Employees touched their phones in the middle of making the sandwiches. Don't go here.

The meat on my sandwich tasted like it was old. I had to wait at the counter and the girl took 5 minutes to even look up and speak to me and ask what i needed. I was simply coming in to pick up an order i had placed online and all she had to do was hand it to me. I wont be coming back to this place or any of their other locations.

I made an online order and came in to get it and the place was empty. I only saw a boy and a girl sitting down eating watching tv. Then I get to the register and the girl turns around and asks me “you had an online order?” I said “yes” she said “it’s right there” and pointed behind me. It’s COVID so I thought maybe it’s the contactless thing but she never got up at all and that’s fine but here’s my problem. I ordered two hot sandwiches and they were both not toasted and my boyfriend’s sandwich didn’t even have cheese. I wasn’t gonna say anything because it looked like a little date was going on but I feel like I paid for sandwiches I could’ve made at home. I love which which I eat there often I hate this happened.
