Dunkin'

Such a shame. This location is so close to my house so I find myself going again and again hoping it gets better. But almost every time I’m disappointed. I have so many stories I could share but this one is just about my order this morning. I have gone to other Dunkin’s and ordered their avocado toast and its as large as the box and it’s toasted well so there is a nice crunch. This location, the bread is soooo small and they charge so much so I expect to at least get my money’s worth. This piece was gone in like 2 bites…They also must just microwave it because it’s always tough and rubbery making it very hard to chew. It makes me so sad because the people there are nice and have never been rude or unprofessional. Just awful food and also constantly gets my order wrong. Even when I order with the app. Such a shame. :(

Shameful! They charge more than other local Dunkin's and to top that off today I order Roasted tomatoes on avocado toast. They say oh we have to charge you 1.50 for the tomatoes. The menu clearly states something different. Will not support this location ever again. Shameful and unlawful. And trucks and trash piled up in the parking lot. Wish I could rate it a negative 5.

I love the coffee here don’t get me wrong but such as bevel lightly toasted with cream cheese. Look at what they game me as cream cheeses. 3.11 cent for that. Why they saving cream cheese for I paid for it? No one picks up phones. Just now I had delivery girl put cream cheese in bag do u know what they didn’t do? Toast or slice it all week I order morning time I get the worst food. Where’s the managers at? I was a manager at A dunkin in NYC we would’ve been shut down. Manager who goes by 'sweetie' got very short and snippy with me, opposite of her name. She even 'huffed and sighed' (behind her employee) when I was telling her employee our correct order. Luckily her employee was very sweet, nice and willing to help get things resolved only reason there getting 2 stars.

Most Current Review: Never coming here again! They just don't care! I've had this sandwich several times so I know how it is supposed to be prepared. First off, this type of sandwich comes in a box to protect the integrity of the thick bread. They put mine in this paper wrapper. Second, the bread is supposed to be TOASTED. Couldn't even eat it! Didn't look appealing at all. Clearly they just took cold bread & slapped the rest of the ingredients on it!! Not acceptable at all. Please hire people who actually care! And they charge 1.50 for Almond milk. A straight rip off. Why? Cause it's in the hood? Cause the one on Forsyth, downtown only charges 50 cent. I hate this west end location! First Review: This location use to be my favorite. I'm not sure if they changed owners or what b/c I no longer see the faces that I'm accustomed to. This is the second time that they forgot to put expresso in my latte..it was warm flavored milk. They are slower than normal and seem to just throw your food together. This is not the service I use to love. Keep giving them chances but now my favorite one is off Northside drive by Atlantic Station.
