The customer service was completely awful. The female server had an attitude and after waiting for an hour she told us she forgot to put our order in. She had an attitude about that as well. I approached the manager about the situation but he seemed not to care at all. I'll never come back here again and it's sad that black people treat their own kind this way.

As a food blogger for A Pinch of Butter, I had a day off and was downtown attempting to handle business and walked past this Diner and decided to grab a bite and I was highly impressed with the food, the serviced especially the atmosphere. I managed to enjoy the M.O.B burger while being treated as if I mattered. They not only treated me and my guest awesome they also made every guest that walked in fell like they mattered. Which is saying a lot. So if you are ever Downtown no matter the time because they are 24hrs stop on in and be sure to try the onion rings that were fried to perfrction.

The customer service and food quality was extremely poor 1-16-2021 @ midnight and the packaging was just as bad. The on duty manager (Gary) explained it was due to the pandemic and since business was weakening they had to make adjustments. Per this Landmark representative, since the pandemic, the salad and entrées are now packaged in the same Styrofoam container. This is an effort "to cut cost", which makes sandwiches soggy, salads warm and tasteless and the lettuce wilted. The response I received from the manager made the restaurant appear to be the victimized versus expressing gratitude to the customer for his/her patronage during these unprecedented times. I hope this model works for Landmark Diner Atlanta--Luckie Street.

The men in the restaurant need to work on their ability to talk to customers. When someone asks me to move away from an area while I have on a mask and they don't probably have it on while working there that is a problem. Their ability to de-escalate is also a concern. The gentleman then continue to go back and forth with me even after I had moved away from the area he asked. I then explained my issue. He then didn't come up with a solution but said he needed to ask questions and I wasn't giving him the opportunity to do so. This is after I explained what the issue was. This means he was not listening. One of the other waiters who was also a male was extremely condescending and a bit rude while trying to ignore me. The Young lady who waited on me she did bring my food out to me and she was the only one who was courteous. Then for one of the waitstaff to call me crazy as I left. when I'm only someone just like he who's had a long night and was ready to go home. I might raise the stars depending on the food.

I eat here during the week... They have a punch card and after ten punches you get a FREE meal up to $10.95 so that’s a perk. Today I ordered the catfish and grits the amount came to $13.44. I always order to-go so after getting back to work I opened my box and was completely disappointed!!! The catfish reminded me of Gordon Fisherman brand. You could also tell it’s frozen and not fresh. 11.99 for catfish is a bit pricey $3 away from Market Price. After going back to the diner and speaking with the Manager. He gave me two punch cards fully stamped and a nice size piece of pound cake. I’m giving the cat fish one star but the diner gets 4 stars due to polite service always and good food.

Food not as good as I wanted it to be BUT I do like that it’s opened 24/7 I ordered the blackened salmon & shrimp Alfredo : Alfredo sauce was bland and soupy/ watered down love how big the shrimp was. Buffalo wings : if you know wings you know these weren’t it lol Mozzarella sticks : good but I’m pretty sure they came frozen. Waffle ... was a waffle Cheeseburger : my bf thought it was good I didn’t try it
