Come here for a late night dinner. Ordered the chicken wonton soup and the spicy kung fu noodles (both of which were good!). Good portion size for price, nice & hot & hearty. Would come back!

We tried beef noodles which were quite nice but also had lots of fat attached as per another review here. They serve hot tea for free which is quite nice prior to a meal. We also tried dumplings which were quite bland and not the best dumplings but not the worst and with the Chilli and vinegar sauce it was yum. I'd recommend trying it and seeing if it's up your alley for food

Delivers every time but could be better in customer service. The meat portions seem to be getting less and less though! Very cramped seating probably need a renovation of sorts.

Great hot food served fresh and quick. The prices are worth what you order. Love it when you can hear the chefs sing while they prepare the food!
The cleaning of the table items and the tables themselves could improve.

Delicious dumplings ~ but my favourite absolutely had to be the spring onion pancake. Lots of vegetarian options. These are clearly marked too which is always helpful.

One of my favorite places in Auckland for halal Chinese cuisine. Never fails to satisfy my hunger. Two of my favorite dishes is the spicy lamb fried rice and Goji berry lamb soup noodles.
There is also extra space upstairs if you see downstairs is full. Tight space but the food is awesome!

A popular spot for Chinese hand-pulled noodles! We got the famous Xinjiang lamb noodles which was really rich in flavour and definitely had a kick to it. The texture of the noodles was top-notch and was exactly what I came here for. The lamb was thinly sliced and well-seasoned but could have done with more lamb, there were only a few sad pieces of lamb.
The kebabs were OK. The spring onion pancake was a good simple side dish. I highly recommend dipping it in the noodles sauce!
Portion was huge for the price and food came out fast.

This is the way I like it!
Hand cut noodles with spicy beef soup, what a great combination it is!
If I had enough time I would definitely order large portion of that.
It's indeed a great Hala restaurant they are not only good at noodles they are also good at many.

Update:
Had their Spicy sensational chicken tonight - was a little average, lots of sharp bones so be careful when you eat; the noodles were so chewy which i really like!
Their dumplings and Xinjiang lamb noodles surprisingly good! just perfect when you want some pan fried dumplings
