We just had our Sunday bfast here (a second time); not bad at all -- coffee, food, and service!

Great cafe/bar in Auckland CBD! I had the Salmon Toast, which was really good! Nice mix of high quality ingredients, similar to Salmon Carpaccio but on toast. A little horseradish in the side would have been a nice addition but it was still very Yum! 🤤. Coffee is also top-notch!

Stopped in at this classic K Road icon to use bathroom. Got a sneaky Sat mid morning beer which went down well.

I stumbled upon Verona looking for a wine and not only did I find wine but I found wonderful people and community too! I instantly felt at home and in a safe inviting space by the staff. Tom made sure my friend and I had a great experience and ensured I was taken care of. He made a delicious mojito and gave us guidance on Auckland as we are from out of town. I know that I will always pop in to Verona for any future visits. Thank you to Tom and the team- you are all lovely people.

As we discovered today, Verona is also a perfect place to have brunch. We love the vibe, sitting by the street people watching over a coffee. Food was really delicious and mouth watering. We would definitely come back.
Eggs benedict were super and mushrooms on toast scrumptious!
Overall, Verona is really awesome and has great staff.

Great breakfast!
I wasn't expecting much because of the look of the cafe but I was very happy with the food we got.
We had The Verona Breakfast, high quality sausage, great sourdough, and everything else was tasty as.
We will be back for sure for more.

A Krd staple for well over 20 years, Verona is a boutiquey little cafe/bar with wooden booths, outdoor benches and chill vibes. The staff are hip yet friendly and there is always great music playing. You gotta stop by for at least one drink when visiting Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland).

Verona is an absolute K Rd institution. Hasn't changed in years and hopefully won't. Open till late with DJ playing most nights. Good range of beers, wines and cocktails. Excellent coffee. Food is unexceptional but always there when you need it (probably the only place I go where they'll open the kitchen on request after it's closed). Super friendly staff and everyone is welcome.

Stopped by after work for a celebration. Just keep an eye out for a couple of large tables outside. There are also quite a few tables at the back of the restaurant and it is quite roomy.
We just had drinks and chips and both were quite nice. They have quite a range of drinks including beer, wine, and cocktails.
