Archie Cafe

This place is great, with nice coffee, good food, and WiFi. The options for food are a little limited because they don't have a full kitchen but I highly recommend the "spicy affair" with cauliflower and hummus. Mostly I enjoy the outdoor seating area here which is a small deck along the side and a larger area out the back (although currently with only one table). The staff are all very friendly too.

Archies coffee and service was great. They ran out of the toasted banana bread which seems like it’s a hit with locals as there was none left by 1030am but the lovely lady serving asked what else I felt like and suggested an apricot & custard danish, I was hesitant but got it, and just wow it was very very nice, I would go back:)

Cute little cafe attached to Barkers on Ponsonby Road. Came here on a Friday afternoon for a quick coffee. The person at the counter was very friendly. The cafe itself is well presented. There are two tables outside the front of Barkers, and a high table inside, but there is a cute little alley with tables and chairs where I sat. I didn't order any food, but the food that came out to the table next to us looked good quality. If you are after good coffee and food with friendly service then you should definitely give this place a go.
