The food was good but a lot of people got their food before me and they got it wrong. It was sorted in the end and it was great.

I always love a cheeky nandos. Always get great service and the food is always fresh. My only feedback would be around the wraps getting smaller and smaller.

Always a good experience dining here. The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and attentive (even when they're busy), and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. It's our go-to when we can't decide where to eat.

First time here. We always went to Lincoln Rd , and sadly, that has closed down. Very busy on Kings' birthday Monday. 15%surcharge, which is a bit steep.
There is an app you can use to get bonus chips.

First time in years dining in at Nandos, and it was great. I ordered using the app and the others at the counter. My meal arrived quite a bit earlier so I was impressed with the functionality. The meal (a half chicken xtra hot) was absolutely delicious with the spice just right.

Food always good, but come on the service delivery need some work. Please don't serve the meals in portions. So my experience today, firstly noticed that they had no chicken, only wings and tenders. Secondly the chicken was served first then after 10 minutes of waiting, my husband had to remind them that we did not get our other items on the order. I think your staff needs some more training please!!!

Perfect for a quick lunch, pleasant customer relationship, food was just perfect got the Mediterranean salad, and couldn't fault it or the restaurant.

We were greeted on entry by the friendly staff. We were given time to place our orders and we given options of how we could order. Our food came out real quick and it tasted exceptionally delicious - same consistency and standards we have come to expect from Nandos and grown to love. The staff came out to check on us if we were happy and if we needed anything else. We were very happy with the service and the food at Nandos Northwest, Auckland. We will definitely be back.

Quiet so always just walk in and order and eat. No waiting.
New. Clean. Food is well cooked. Juicy. Chips are crisp.
