Lovely place for a catch up with friends whilst shopping. Fresh tasty cabinet food both savoury and sweet. Hot cooked meals available too. Polite friendly service. Definitely a handy and convenient place to stop relax and eat.

1st time here, food was good, however ordered a strawberry smoothie requesting to use water instead of a milk product and got a milkshake... No drama though got my kids to drink it so I didn't waste money.. Staff was nice

We ordered a Luke's Cafe Elsa Cake.
It was beautifully decorated, not only did it look amazing but it tasted really really good. Everyone loved the cake, it is not overpowering and stretched really far into serving 40 + people.

I love there donuts, it’s delicious. Sadly they didn’t have my favourite ‘lemon meringue’ I grabbed this red velvet instead. It’s disappointing that they have less selection compared to before COVID. Nonetheless taste still the same and customer service is great as always.

I had been coming to this players for a while now, with family, with friends and even by myself. Great location, great food and friendly staff. Always clean and exceed expectations.
Perhaps the first place where I got the delicious iced coffee without cream 😊. Highly recommended!

I love this place.... I dunno why such low reviews. The staff are always friendly and super efficient as it can get busy. The food is cooked really well and the prices are affordable. If you can't afford a big meal they have sausage rolls that will tide you over for only 2.50 .love meeting up with my mum and or friends here. Super easy to find.

The girls are very polite and friendly. Tell them what you want and it come back to you perfect. Medium coffee definitely more nicer than the small, the extra .30c is worth it. Can't wait for you to open another cafe at Westcity.

I stoped by when I went through with my shopping... ordered an iced mocha coffee and it tasted pretty well... I totally enjoyed it... also they have a great option with snacks and sweets... for a quick bite and drink this place is ideal... nice and kind staff also... pretty quick with the orders...
