Clever menu with cocktails arranged on a flavour map for when the inspiration is lacking – although the bartenders are also really helpful when it comes to navigating the drinks list. The Ponche de Leche is a winner. So is the open fireplace.

I have the cheese platter and fried chicken to line the gastro, the portions were perfect for 3-4 people, food quality was fresh and top notch. Great new place, with some really interesting cocktail combinations. You have to try the X-Gin (Cacao) and the Forest Earl Grey Gins, really special and delicious! Food is big enough to share and great value for money, drinks also pack a punch. Romantic setting great for date night or even bigger groups with the booths. Hidden gem with the entrance next to Queen's Ferry on Vulcan Lane
