A real culinary experience and credit to the chefs. Cold noodles? ?? Sooo good, but be warned rich with black sesame oil but loved it. chicken thigh? succulent, tender and full of flavour. A little sweet for my liking, but that is not a criticism. Infused egg tart, sumptuous. This is only my thought and experience. Venture to enjoy.
