Fantastic venue for our son's 21st! Thank you so much to you and all your wonderful team. We had an amazing night. The venue was perfect, heaps of character, indoor and outdoor areas, great sound system, staff so friendly and helpful – including the security team.
Everything went like clockwork and we will be singing the praises of the Oakroom as an event venue!

Could not fault the service at Oakroom. I had my big birthday party here and they made it so easy and effortless. They were soltuitons focussed and made sure everyone had a great time. I work in events so can be hard to please, but Rohini and team were flawless in communication, effort and service. Will definitely look to Oakroom for my private events in the future.

We recently had a combined 40th birthday party here and it was the perfect spot to celebrate. The communications leading up to it were flawless and the staff on the night were so helpful. 5 out of 5 - would highly recommend.

Our company provided to Photo Booth for a private event at the Oak room, and were treated to some of the best hospitality and food in town. So we have to let the whole world know that we love the Oakroom, their food and their service. Shout out to Rohini who was our lovely host on the night. Can't wait to go back soon. Rach

A great location tucked away with a nice view of Victoria Park in the heart of the Victoria Park Market precinct.
Nice menu choices and their lunch specials jumped right out at me right away.
Whether you are stopping by for brunch, lunch or even an early start to happy hour (starts from 3pm-6pm daily) you'll find something for you to try.
Pick whether you want to hangout on the deck, or tuck away in one of their cosy corners and sink into some comfy furniture, either way it will feel like home. Fun fact, it was the social dinner location for NZ television show Married at First Sight, but unlike the show that didn't continue, you'll be sure to build on your relationship with The Oakroom 😉.
The home made pie was well balanced, seasoned, great flavor and hint of spice, was enough to feed anyone starving for a feed! Same can be said about the fish n chips! Coffee is great there and the service is top notch.
