Kookie Haus

Found this company at a Coffee and Chocolate festival. Woman at the stall was incredibly friendly, ended up purchasing 2 cookies and a doughnut. Tried one of the cookies and I ended up going back and buying 4 more... They are literally the best cookies I have ever eaten. I wish I had tried the doughnut before I had left the festival, because I absolutely would've gone back and bought more too. Definitely not cheap, but absolutely worth it. Will definitely be buying more cookies from this company

My husband and I were driving past and decided to pop in. I’m so glad we did, we weren’t disappointed at all. Great customer service and so easy to talk to you. Both sweets that we tried were unbelievable. A lot of thought, effort and creativity when into the sweets. Each sweet was that I tried stood on its own. In the era of mass production and mass choice. It’s refreshing to see a business with such a streamlined focus, on providing exceptional sweets. Also the coffee was great as well. I was extremely impressed and will most definitely be coming back.

We had a friend bring down some cookies when we met up at Ruapehu. The cookies all looked really delectable. They were mostly cookies sandwiched with flavoured cream. Tried the Peanut butter one and it tasted like peanut butter. Also tried the S'more one and that was quite nice. Edit: We grabbed a S'more cookie cake for a party. My sister called in the morning and they were able to get one ready for us to pick up in a couple of hours. The cookie portion of the cake was really delicious. The cookie was very fudgy in that it was almost like a brownie. The layers in between the cookies was interesting. It was marshmallow but not really marshmallowy. It was nice when at room temperature but so much nicer when zapped in the microwave and it became gooey. It was a really nice cake option and they were able to specially make us a cake at short notice.

Was so excited to try Kookie Haus ever since they opened, and thanks to uber eats, I finally got to. At $2 per cookie and $3 per cookie sandwich if I recall correctly, these are a bit more affordable than the kinda pricey Moustache cookies (although theirs is pricey for good reason!). Anyway, Kookie Haus is a great alternative; the cookies are crunchy yet soft and chewy. They’re deadly and dangerously sweet worth every minute of enjoying them. We got to try the Snickers cookies, the peanut butter cookie sandwich, the chocolate chip cookie sandwich, the Whittakers and Milo cookies, and complimentary brownies bc as you can see, we went harddddd.
