Heard about it. Saw a dozen ads on FB. Went there on a whim & was overwhelmed, yet satisfied & so glad I'd been there! Burgers are huuuge. You may not "need" (or be able to finish) the chips, but they're SO yummy! It was SO good & worth the prices. Friendly service, and yummo aioli.

First time at Jax Burger Shack for dinner. Prices are a bit on the expensive side BUT their burgers DO NOT DISAPPOINT! Burgers were 10/10. My wife and son had the cheeseburgers (minus the veggies for the picky mini me) and I tried the Pablo. Portions were big and the taste exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! We will definitely put Jax Burger Shack in our fav eat outs list!😁

We had a group of 7 of us. Staff were great at accommodating us for seating. Burgers were hands down best we have ever had. You want great service and exceptional food then do yourself a favor and go get yourself a burger

You can never go wrong with what to order...because everything is a must try! I've tried most of their burgers except Chicken Jax because its humongous! If you want extra flavour I recommend requesting hot sauce on your Pablo burger. 😍 My son loves their Popcorn Chicken so much. And still the best store-made (not store bought) Garlic Aoli and chips! 😘👌 This is not a fast food store, everything is prepped, cooked and done in the kitchen as you order.
Very friendly crew (just be nice too, ok?) and you get to meet the owners too. I will definitely try their desserts soon... 😋
If you are a big family and wish to dine-in there are limited seats. Mine are always delivered fresh, crunchy and delish! 😉

One of the best burger in NZ. Being vegan we tried The Purebred burger and it was delicious. staff was so nice and helpful.
