Zabr'one - Inspired By Italian & Mediterranean Cuisine

Had pasta and entrée of garlic pizza bread. Good food, tasty, good portion size, prompt service. Manager offered blankets as we were at an outside table, wasn't needed but appreciate the thought. Did have a hiccup with the bill, had several drinks we didn't order. Thinking the counter forgot to clear the table when the previous table paid but staff were good about it with no hassles.

In April this year we had plain awful and expensive sorbet with a stale cone. 2nd chance given in July did not disappoint, 3 x amazing vegetarian meals (aubergine, risotto, pasta along with perfectly prepared garlic pizza), delicious dessert and even better cocktails. Pricey, but what do you expect, the location and vibe is amazing, along with the service of all staff. I hope this restaurant survives whatever has been plaguing the Bucklands Beach restaurants for decades, because it is a good one! For food out East definitely give them a chance, for a cold treat on a warm summer day, go to the dairy next door.
