Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Where is the customer service? The donuts were definitely not hot and ready though the sign was lit, but whatever. Cold donuts are aright too. I had only one. The inside was dirty and the customer service was non existent. No decaf coffee. Opted for reg coffee and it was like I was asking for her paycheck. The coffee was not good. They were not exactly rude but they definitely not doing jobs they enjoy. I hope they all find the right employment and I hope this place finds better employees. I will visit another location but it will be awhile. Updated review when I go back. Hopefully to different staff.

Went in for the limited edition Cinnamon Toast Crunch doughnut and an original glazed. Wasn’t impressed with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch doughnuts…tried the cream cheese and the dulce de leche…both tasted like the original glazed with a hint of cinnamon… other than that, Great customer service and no issues.

You have the best doughnuts...if you can get them. I went 2 weeks ago and they had no glazed and it was before 8am. Went again this morning and the hot now sign was on and customers inside, but the machines were down and only taking online orders. Judging by all the other reviews something has changed at this location and it needs to be fixed.

I was very disappointed. I stopped in for a dozen glazed & got 4 regular size & 8 puny, tiny doughnuts. I was in a hurry so I broke my own rule of checking my food before I leave a restaurant so this is what I got. Of course they tasted good but what happened? Did they run out of batter/dough? Do they not have quality control? They should never let doughnuts be sold looking like that! Where's the rest of my doughnuts?

Drove from Aiken to go to this location hoping I would have better luck than the one in my town. Had very limited selection, and when asked how long it would take to get more, they said they weren't making anymore for the day. donuts in the display case were all over the place so you didn't really know what you were getting. When asked what donuts were what the worker said he "didn't know". He was barely speaking about a whisper so you couldn't understand him anyways. Donuts are cold and slightly stale. Very disappointed that not even one location is running appropriately.
