Waffle House

Unfortunately I stood in the line 30 minutes to place a to go order for someone at the back of the line to be serviced before my husband and I. Once I educate the lady we were in line as well instead of just apologizing she stated “I’m just one person”. When you are working on tips being nasty to people you will not make money. My husband was so mad, we just left. I refuse to spend my money somewhere that will be bias and races towards me. Not one person of color working in the establishment. Always remember you never know who you may come in contact with. Your business is based on service of the customer and if you don’t want that job someone else does.

2021-11: Came in late night to order some take out. Nothing overwhelmingly awesome or disappointing. Clean store, employees were decent enough. 2017: Late night eats with a friend. Our server was okay. She forgot some things but her personality made up for it. She was having a rough night and was genuinely apologetic for forgetting to bring us another OJ and leaving out part of our order. I think she would have done a great job had the place not been swamped and adequately staffed.

Only giving one star because zero is not an option...waitress Sarah was ride from the moment we walked in. She snapped us off multiple times before we could even sit down until I finally lost my patience. We exchanged words & I asked for the manager. I explained the situation while she continued to run her mouth behind him & I asked if he could just get us a different waitress. He stated he couldn't just take her table from her so we gathered our stuff & kids & left. Will never eat there again. Rude staff & incompetent management will ruin a meal fast. Highly recommend choosing a different location.
