Moe's Southwest Grill

Some staff were super friendly and others acted like the mere presence of customers offended them. The menu is impressively diverse. I like how they serve both white meat and dark meat for chicken, and they also have tofu. The burrito bowls are huge, my husband and I usually split one order. It's delicious! And they serve mushrooms.

I visited this Moe's this past weekend while I was in town on a weekend trip. I have never felt the need to review Moe's before, as I have always felt they have had pretty good customer service and good food. However, this trip was different. The staff was rude, unapproachable, and made me feel like my asking for food was an inconvenience. I have had years of customer service management experience and while I typically understand people have difficult days working in a restaurant environment, I also understand the value of decent customer service. Initially, I tried to ignore it, but even my friend who was with me noticed the negative attitude from the staff. We also noticed that while they were not tending to customers, they were in great moods, joking amongst one other. When I said thank you, the cashier and the person making my food did not reply. I told them to have a good day thinking my politeness might encourage politeness, but I was ignored then as well. It certainly put a damper on my friend and I's lunch experience. Again, I have typically had great experiences at Moe's, but this particular location resonated with me negatively. I do not wish to visit this Moe's again and if making my food was such an issue, perhaps staff members should not work in a restaurant environment.

They ran out of ingredients on the Monday that we arrived, and my burrito at least was unevenly prepared. The balance of meat was low compared to everything else in the burrito and there was too much rice, which fell everywhere when biting into it. Otherwise, the price was affordable and best to go on Monday. However,they keep raising prices so maybe consider it more carefully next time.

I downloaded the Moes app and they gave me a free nacho with an order of a drink. Went yesterday to redeem this coupon the nachos were great! I like to go on Mondays as well for Moe Monday because it saves some money. The food is always delicious and lots of variety for toppings! The app is also super easy to order from and you can save favorite orders.
