We just paid $15 for this…. Not even a full scoop of ice cream per person and only AFTER we paid for the Dino sundae did they mention they were out of the cookies, no effort to replace it or make up for it. This was supposed to be a rare, special treat for my kiddos and it’s disappointing.

A really sweet young lady took my number and called me when "My All Time Favorite" Chocolate Rasberry Truffle" returned and packed a tub for me. *She was awesome!
Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was a pretty young lady wearing glasses. Kudos to her!!🤩

Honey, I had the coconut caramel flavor and it was so good. I love this place. They have the best tasting flavors of ice cream and the food is greasy and delicious! This is my go to for guilty pleasure!

Loved it!! It was very nice, very scrumptious. I had a chocolate flavor very good, but super messy. I guess it would make sense because it was a hot day, but I got it all over my shirt, pants, and shoes! But, overall I rate it an 10/10 🥰❤

Definitely won't go back her ever again! This place charges so much for thier ice cream and guess what you get served little scoops! I paid $5 for a regular cone and got some small scoops! I would get more ice cream at tutti fruity next door for $5! This is ridiculous! I would never spend another red cent at this place ever again! Shame my money went to waste! Ugh 😩

Tonight is my 1st time trying Bruster's. We got a strawberry ice cream & Oreo ice cream sundae. This is the best tasting ice cream I've ever had in my life. I'll be back Bruster's yummy yum

while the staff is normally friendly this still didn’t allow me to overlook false menu items. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chocolate milkshake, which is advertised to be made with chocolate ice cream. however when i had already left the store it was just vanilla with chocolate syrup and extremely liquidity. what kind of place that has chocolate ice cream and claims to make milkshakes with it but doesn’t.

Normally this Brusters is very good, but sadly tonight I had the worst milkshake of my life. It was like the didn't even mix it. The first sip I took was pure milk. And there was a huge glob of ice cream just floating in the center. Was very sad.
