Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Very good! I wish they would have let me know that today was "5 dollar fill up Mondays." I didn't get that much ice cream today for my 3 year old and I, but was up charged for the difference 😳. No signs inside either to let anyone know. I just want to let everyone know that about Monday. The owner or manager wasn't there tonight, but he is extremely friendly!

I had high hopes for this place. Saw a TV show which had a group of "foodie critics" sampling around the country to determine WHO had the best yogurt in the country. This group decided this brand had, "THE BEST". I felt the taste had a chemical-ish taste. I had three different flavors, each one had the time same odd after taste.Could have been some residual solution in the machines that didn't wash out completely. I get it, as with all artificial recreations involving the attempt to achieve replicating the natural flavors don't transfer to the final product. I'll say, I will return to give them another try to see if it was my wrongful interpretation of the product since my first time. I'll certainly recant this writing to make it good. Just my humble opinion here.

Just went in and was asked to leave because pets are not allowed. My service dog is clearly marked. I tried to explain it was not a pet, but a service dog and was told I could leave her outside. The gentleman refused to listen or hear me talk. Wow. Maybe the employees need to learn about ADA laws. Good place or not, service dogs are allowed. I have been here before many times with my service dog with no issues, but tonight definitely was upsetting to experience this.

Very disappointing. We just drove from Grovetown to have yogurt at Menchies. This has typically been our go to spot, but I was extremely disappointed tonight. It was 8:40pm and we walked into an empty store with no employees in sight to even greet us. The toppings were very old and many bins were almost empty. The fresh fruit toppings and cheesecake/cookie doughs were very old and did not look cold. The yogurt machine trays had not been cleaned and were all filthy with old yogurt overflow. The employee finally walked out and seemed unconcerned. We promptly left and headed to a different frozen yogurt place. Not sure if we will go back in the future.

Had a big sister treat day with my younger brothers and sister. Second time we’ve been here, starting to think it’s going to be our new thing. 😍 Giana and a worker helped us. I had my 8 month old daughter on my hip and they didn’t bat a lash to help us get what we wanted! Giana gave my siblings these spinner toys that they loved, probably more than the yogurt! Great customer service! Thank you from one military family to another ❤️🙏🏾

Free sample cups to try as many flavors as you want. Best frozen yogurts in town. Lots of yogurts flavors, topping, and souces to choose from. You can get a waffle balls at no extra cost, free ballons and stickers for the kids. All you need to do is ask for it. Friendly staff, supper clean place. Awsome place for the kids and families, and everyone else.
