Starbucks

This location doesn’t offer or maybe doesn’t know how to make what other locations make . Also I feel like this location is understaffed for the amount of service it receives there is ALWAYS a line at this location and it takes forever for it to move . Next time I’m going to try the location inside Barnes & nobles to see if that makes a difference . I give it 3 stars only for the convenience . But Gloria jeans was better 😂

I ordered a grande mocha, no whip. I received a luke warm drink with whip. The staff were too busy messing with their phones and chatting with their friends to care about the service they were providing. Also, they don't accept Starbucks gift cards. And since when does food service use their bare hands to pull food from the food case?

I am highly disturbed at the behavior of a young man there named Keith I believe. He raised his voice at me and my friend and made us feel beneath him with sly remarks that he was not afraid or ashamed to say aloud about us. This boy does not make a good representation for what I thought Starbucks was about. I wish I could give 5 stars for the other young man that saw the situation and did everything in his power to make it up to me and my friend. His name was Case. Very pleasant young man with great mannerisms. I do wish there were more of him in this store. There was also a nice young lady in there that made me feel welcome by the name Pam. I am saddened that I have to give 1 star but Keith really did not set the tone this time. Truly disappointed.

Asked for a strawberry smoothie, they apparently don't make those at this location. Was given a strawberry frappe with no coffee instead, for $5. Taste like nothing. Talked to them about it, got a hot chocolate instead. Waited quite long for both drinks as did many other customers. Hot chocolate also taste like nothing. Apparently, drinks aren't allowed to have flavor here. They got stars because they were willing to try again, at least.

So I’m a bit old school and always frequent a drive through whenever possible 😬. However, today this morning I was inside the Augusta Mall and decided to finally use my Starbucks gift card. I ordered my all time favorite Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and the new Pineapple Matcha with coconut milk. The cashier Danny (I believe that’s what she told me 😬) helped me with merging my gift card to the app and helped me with scanning my app (after I explained to her that I hardly ever use the app). They had a joke of the day (I needed one to start my day) in the store you could ask about ☺️. I plan to make this Starbucks my new home!(although I’ve gotten superior service from the Wrightsboro rd location outside the mall) ❤️❤️❤️Starbucks! I think all of you guys are awesome!👏🏽😁

horrible baristas. waited 30 mins for our drinks to have the orders lost in the system. Paid for a venti pink drink with no ice but got a grande instead. It would of been better if the cashier told us that a venti no ice will come in a grande cup. they didnt even fill it up all the way in the grande cup. also ordered an iced vanilla latte with almond milk to get an ice coffee that is too dark. It looks like they just put vanilla syrup with almond milk and put espresso. when i asked them if it was what i order they were like yes. but i order my drink enough times to know what it looks like. they never apologized about the wait or the fact that the drinks were lost in the system. they need to do better.
