Hungry Howie's Pizza

We ordered online using a coupon code and I went to go pick it up myself. The pizza was ready, however I was a little concerned that there was only one person working the store when I arrived and about 3 groups of people waiting, myself included. I had a sausage pizza with Sriracha and my wife had a chicken pizza. The quality was good and the pizza was great but given the time I ordered ahead, I really expected to just grab and go instead of having to wait behind other people. Maybe an additional staff member would help this. Otherwise, the food was great and I would totally recommend going here. Just hope it's not too busy!

Unbelievable! I had ordered my pizza and was waiting for him to run my card when I recieved an important cal I’d been waiting on all morning. The owner blows up yelling for me to take my call outside. Yah, right. I’ll just walk outside while you have my card…… It wasn’t on speaker phone. I was trying to be as quite as possible and conduct my business.

I am a faithful customer to Hungry Howie. I order at least twice a week. Never had an issue until today. I ordered a pizza half cheese half pepperoni. Because I put half cheese half pepperoni in the special order section of the online order, the owner refused to fix my order. I called the owner in which he told me he saw the special request after the pizza was ran through the machine, so he took pepperoni off the pizza and added more cheese. The cheese was not melted and tasted bad. The owner told me I could have put it back in the oven or microwave if it was an issue. Why should I have to do that? I have worked in restaurants and If the order is not right, YOU FIX IT before delivery. The owner told me he would not waste a $3 pizza over a mistake I made. When I placed the order I did not see the option of half cheese half pepperoni. The owner was very rude and refused to fix my order. He acknowledged that he saw the special request but it was after he ran the pizza through the machine, so he refused to make another pizza. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today.
