Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Upon entering the building never received hello thank you for coming to Popeye's. I stood there for several minutes waiting to place my order. I was totally ignored. I understand that it was busy but they could have at least say, "Will be with you as soon as possible" but didn't even get that. Ryan was telling me that I had to have a coupon to get my order. I explained to him that is not what the sign said on the window. He got a little huffy with me. After waiting 15 minutes or so I went up to the counter to find out what was going on with my order. Ryan said "I thought you got your order already." And then went to check the board were all the orders were and said, "oh it's still up here I'm sorry." Placed order at 721 pm. Received order at 740 p.. Only received 1 side not 2 as sign says. Worst customer service I've gotten at any of the Popeye's I've ever been in. I would have gave only one star if the food have been bad. At least the chicken was hot and tasted good. It was clean at least.

Food is good but service sux, two girls behind register neither knew what they were doing, and never spoke to me I waited until manager explained to each how to work register then I ordered a two pc with coleslaw, she didn't know how to ring up my order I stood there like 4 minutes until I got MT change back then after going to car realized they didn't put my coleslaw in bag ,,,, they can do better than this I know, was gonna eat inside until I saw how long it took, sux

The location is great, but Whoever gives this Popeyes a 4 ⭐ LIED!!!! For the price I pay for my meal, I expect my order to be correct, the food to be good and great service but the service was very slow and rude, they ran out chicken, the order was wrong and the lobby was not clean. Waited 10min b4 the front counter acknowledged his guess...not even an hello or thank you!!! Better take notes from Chick-fil-A!!!!!
