This location needs to clean house of every employee that they have. If it was possible, I would give 0 stars. Lazy kids who are more concerned with chatting with each other, goofing off, and playing on their phones than actually doing any kind of work that they are paid to do. Placed a mobile order to include food and ice cream and after more than 30 minutes of waiting (while others who placed their order at the counter had gotten their food and observing a girl at the window between the kitchen and counter on her phone for 30 minutes), asked an employee about the order. He stated “yeah, we see it but we haven’t started it yet,” as if that was a completely acceptable response and then walked off. When he came back through, asked him about a refund and he stated we “don’t know how to refund a mobile order” and when he was again asked if they had started making the order he replied “not yet.” He got on the phone with the manager. When he came back to the counter, he said that we could call the manager in the morning after 10:30 to talk about a refund. When asked where the manager is for his shift he stated that he was the acting manager. Asked him “do you not know how to give refunds?” or if he could make food so that we could get our order, he stated that he was unable to. Then a whole team of heated/lazy/unprofessional girls came to the counter to “handle” the situation, by not handling anything at all. When we asked for the number to get in touch with the manager, they all stated that we could find it online. Literal children with no work ethic are working at this dump of an establishment. Never did anyone give a reason as to why the order was never started, so naturally we were irritated, and one employee said multiple times “you can shut up or get out” while leaning over the counter in response to us asking why our order was not only not ready but not even started. The mobile order was placed at 8:10 , to be ready at 8:28, we left at 9:00 with no food and no refund. And while I realize that Covid is an excuse for everything these days because people aren’t working, there were at least 7 people “working” that I could see, so that’s not really a valid reason in this situation. Unbelievable experience . Do not waste your time at this place.

Should have done the drive thru. Went in and waited 20 minutes to find out they lost my order. Waited another 10 for them to get my food. Watched 4 other groups of people walk out for the same reason--one lady just ordered a blizzard. The staff is in the back just talking and cussing, having a good time. Hope it's just your Saturday night staff, but everybody in this place acts like they want it to close permanently. I know I'll never go back to this place.

I am currently sick with Covid-19 and really wanted some ice cream to soothe my throat. I ordered the ice cream since I obviously can’t leave my house and when the ice cream got here there was no top on the cup and it had melted to the point where it was basically soup. I didn’t even want the ice cream after that, it was super unsanitary considering there is still Covid going around. Very disappointing and I was excited about my blizzard.

My husband and I were there the 4th of July. It wasn’t busy. My Oreo cheesecake blizzard was like a milkshake almost soupy consistency with little to no cheesecake pieces. His chocolate malt had way too much malt. They originally forgot to make it chocolate so they threw some chocolate syrup in it and didn’t mix it properly. The woman at the drive through window was friendly though. Disappointed in our treats. Maybe the person making them needs more time and/or training?

Horrible service. The staff were rude and more interested in anything other than working. Too many problems to list. Read other comments and these are the problems I had. All response from DQ were they same and offered no resolution. Will not be returning and will recommend no one I know returns either. DQ.. get your act together or you will lose your customers
