Wendy's

Waited in drive through forever, was told to wait twice when I got to order window. Oh did I mention only two cars in line. Finally person in front of me pulled out and left. When I got to pay window I was told order person walked away for a few minutes. Got to pick up order window and they had to go to back and get tea. Not to mention the place is filthy. Will not go back. Got back to work and my nuggets had a fish taste. so he trash they go!

Just past 9:00 and no outside lights were on I thought they were closed. Pulled in to parking lot to turn and saw staff inside, I went through the drive through and menu was not lit up. I asked if they were open and she said they were. I told her none of the outside lights are on and they looked closed. She said we close at 10 o’clock so the lights were off ready for closing! Tried ordering a meal, but they only had lemonade and tea to drink. I don’t drink either so I just ordered the sandwich! I don’t understand why they would have the lights turned off almost an hour before closing!

I went to the drive thru at the Wendy's on Washington Rd. around 6:35 am. The breakfast sign wasn't facing the my side. I got out and walked around the sign to see what I wanted. After placing my order and waiting 10 minutes - yes 10 real minutes. I left and went to Bojangles on Walton Way. This isn't the first time I've had bad experiences at Wendy's in this area.

This people will close the lobby on you with any prior knowledge. I walked over from work and placed mobile order. I couldn't get it because the lobby was closed. Had I known that I never would have placed the order. The phone is also always busy so you can't call ahead of time and the app won't tell you is lobby pickup is available or not. A solid 1 from me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY'S!!!!!!! Ordered & paid for my food online thru their app but when I went to pick it up the order had been canceled. Told the drive-thru lady I wanted to order the same thing & not only was the whole order wrong but they overcharged me too. Played phone tag with a "manager" but never got the issue resolved. Won't be going back to this Wendy's again!
