Mcdonald's

A 1 beacuse I got a RAW chicken sandwich and a burnt cheese burger and the manger was so rude and I called and they hung up cus I called them out and my 10 year old sister ate the raw chicken sandwich and she could have food poisoning literally disgusting they need to be shut down beacuse there always rude never going there anymore people are disgusting half of one was ate that’s disgusting

Third time in a week that I've received sweet tea instead of UNSWEETENED, as I ordered it. Then...when I go back to get my correct drink...the UNSWEETENED tea is SOUR. Really, sour ? ? Why ? Why is a fresh urn not made each day, at least 1 ? It's so frustrating because I absolutely love McDonald's tea and while I work long hours that's what I look forward to drinking. Staff is super friendly and great but please, please do better with the drinks.

Why do I keep giving this place another chance?! I realize it's McDonald's and therefore don't expect much, but the service at this location is terrible! Extremely slow and the surly employees act like they're doing you a favor by being there. They never have anything ready quickly and if you go to the drive thru, you just sit in an endless line because they will not ask anyone to pull into the numbered spots!

During lunch, Cashier was new, rang up incorrectly, ok understandable. Used my rewards points from mc'ds app for a free large fry and bought a mcflurry and a double cheeseburger meal. Rewards points were taken, but I didn't get my fries. Again, understandable, they are busy. Approached counter, asked for fry, got ignored by manager lady at least 4 different times. Guys behind us had screwed up order and were being ignored as well. She walked right next to me twice and I asked her straight to her face if I could please get my fry.... Again, she ignored me. Went to cashier, he wanted to ring me up and charge me 25 cents in order to ring in a free fry. At this point I want giving them another penny and I walked out. My fiance went up and paid the quarter bc he knew I was hungry but I say outside for 7 minutes waiting for him to accomplish this! Garbage, this store, the manager, and their food is garbage. Worst customer service I've ever seen and I worked in restaurants for 20 + years.

They do not even deserve one star, they are by far the worst McDonald's in the universe. The staff are rude and they see you standing there and they ignore you. Then when they finally come to take your order, they act as if you are bothering them. No hellos when you come in or may I help you, just a nasty look on their face and a "biotchy" attitude. I have only been their one other time, but I will never go there again, I wouldn't care if they were the last restaurant open or I was starving.
