Firehouse Subs

Excellent customer service, very friendly and patient. Store was clean and the appropriate amount of sauce was applied to my sandwich! Not too much, not dry, perfect! The bathroom was immaculate and inviting, rare for a fast food restaurant. Great environment to grab a bite to eat. Staff was very helpful to the Waitr staff that came in to pickup food, I witnessed about 4 different staff members assist with food deliveries.

The food tastes very good particularly the build your own sub combo is a very unique option for those who would like to put their own flare on their food. It does not take a long amount of time for them to get your order and the people seem to be friendly and are focused on doing their best to help the customer get their product and go about their day.

Got off of work and i was craving a sub. I wanted to go to my favorite spot subway. But i decided to try something new so firehouse it was. I entered the store it was clean and they had. A friendly greeting coming in the door. So me being a salami man so i ordered the food long Italian sub. Got home and started eating the sub i noticed the maeat was real sweet and paper thin the condiments that i had on my sub i didn't taste. I was disappointed and i wont be back i could of spent my $11 some where esle.

I've gone once/twice a week for four weeks, and have yet to be disappointed. Sandwiches are hot, wheat bread is soft, meat is real, and cheese doesn't doesn't taste like plastic. I never feel bloated or like I have a brick in my stomach. Keep up the quality products and great service, Firehouse Wrightsboro RD!
