Waffle House

This was the first time we went to this Waffle House and it was a horrible experience. Our waitress did not even bother to actually stand in front of our table or even face us to take the order. And we had even decided to sit in the table right next to the register just to make it easier for her. She was not quite polite and would only pay attention to the people sitting at the bar just trying to flirts with her. I don’t mind that but at least give us a little attention when taking our orders and not just take our order with you facing towards them and her side towards us. We we’re going to eat there but then decided to take out before we even made our order and we let her know we we’re doing take out instead before she took our order. Now what made us very upset was that we pues with card and added just a small tip because we we’re not very satisfied with her service, my husband said to not leave anything, he was very upset as well. But I still wanted to be nice and at least leave something. Now what made me really upset was that earlier this morning I checked my bank account and it said they had taken $10 more than what we had set to plan. Meaning there must have been an alteration done to the tip we made. I am very upset about this. Because I personally was a server once and don’t mind leaving a good tip, but this was the first time someone has been very unprofessional towards us and I left a small tip this time. Now don’t get us wrong the Manager that night, he was the cook too, he was very polite, he was making sure all his order were taken care of. I wanted to thank him before we left but he was busy, and then another customer had walked backed in and she wanted to talk to him as well, she also looked upset.

This is the 3rd waffle house in Augusta that has not been able to serve anyone cause one didn't have a waitress ? Then one idk why just had a note on table saying no more customers at that time reason not sure of ? Last one the Waitress didn't have a note pad or ticket book to take order ? MOST RIDICULOUS THING EVER !! WAFFLE HOUSE DONT NEED ANYONES BUSINESS !! Complaint to corporate that was a waste of time ! And managers waste of time it's a sham it's all that is open 24 hrs . DO BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE !! They about as bad as Walmart !!!
