Mcdonald's

It’s always something with this location. Either the drive thru is ridiculously backed up because no one is taking orders or my order always gets messed up. Today I ordered an Oreo McFlurry and was so excited that the machine wasn’t down like they usually claim. Just to leave and see that they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream with a few Oreo pieces on the top. That’s not what I paid for.

2022-07: Went through the drive-thru about noon on a weekday. From the time we arrived to the time we left took about 6 minutes, so no complaints. We had 2 x two cheeseburger combos with sweet tea (they were out of anything needing CO2). The older lady at the second window was a pleasant positive change to far too many grumpy people out there these days, so kudos (and thanks) to her!.. If only I had gotten her name.. Food was hot and no issues.

I came to the drive through about 8:23 p.m. Their was no line I got to the speaker. No one ever said anything so I pulled to the window as I was speaking to the guy at the window the lady on the speaker came to the window and was rude and told me I didn’t wait long enough and the others though it was funny . I was shocked ! But the guy got me what I needed .. I'm very disappointed about how rude she was and that they though it was funny to laugh in my face .. Do better your jobs not that hard and sure enough had enough works their ..

My wife and I ordered curbside pickup waited 20 minutes for the cheese burger pack. Got our food no, cheeseburgers. Then it starts raining so I run to the door to go inside and get my 2 cheeseburgers. Every door in the building was locked so I knocked. 10 minutes later someone comes to the door , I explain we never got our cheeseburgers. Do they let me wait inside while they make it, no they lock the door back up and now im getting wet. We have a new born in the car and im waiting again. The employee comes back out and tells me I need to go through the drive through which was now 7 cars in. Now they want me to wait in line after making me wait outside for food that is now cold. I will not go back to this McDonalds again.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Augusta, they will deny you service in the morning during open hrs because their mad they have to work. They will get smart with you at the windows, make aggressive sighs and attitudes at the microphone. The managers/franchise owner can care less about what goes on, I had the manager throw a bag a food at me. Orders are always wrong or just thrown in the bag any type of way. Literally takes 35 mins to get your order. And I’m tired of hearing the excuses because every other McDonald’s I went to in the area been ok.

If I could use no stars I would for this McDonald's. This morning I was going to get my breakfast this morning and I went through the drive-through when people were going through the line as like every morning. but this morning at 7:30am mind you they open at 7:00am told me that they were not taking orders yet this morning. So, I tried to call them around 9:00am to see if they were able to take orders yet and they would not answer the phone and after 30 min I just gave up calling. THATS JUST RIDICULOUS.
