Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Two days straight. Two mornings in a row I went for coffee after spending the evenings at the hospital. My complaint isn’t about my mocha latte or coffee, it’s just the terrible service and them forgetting and just not in any type of hurry to get customers taken care of. Feb 23 and 24 both mornings around 8am. 10 minutes just standing there waiting for a small coffee! While others who ordered after me are getting their hot food and I’m just standing there looking at the pots of coffee. WTH? And I ordered the regular coffee because my latte took forever the morning before(they just forgot). And to top it off, there was never a thank you. This location SUCKS!

Usually pretty crowded but adequately staffed to handle. Have had fresh food each visit. Employees were friendly. Even occasionally if an employee was in lobby or seating area that employee was helpful in assisting. Have noticed it to be clean and tidy. Also, noticed less salad lettuce than many other McDonald's that have visited. Therefore, don't chose salad here as it was very skimpy and scarce on the occasions that bought salad at this location. Instead, only get salad at other locations. Have enjoyed the music that is from outside the McDonald's in seating area nearest the entrance and all glass viewing area. Such a wonderful ambiance. Vending area in the back area of resteraunt. Microwave a great benefit when it was there as when having several days a month of appointments and long transportation waits on a limited income and budget our purchasing food was not always an option available. Or if visiting in hospital or with a patient in the hospital for a number of days buying isn't always an option. The microwave should always be available and not removed as it has been available for a duration of time. ( Or at least if cleaninest or making sure its not torn up then it could be placed in a locked cabinet where key has to be used by an employee to make accessible. Or place where can be seen and monitored or also have camera on it with signs that alert of video surveillance so that damage is minimized. )

Told we weren’t welcome: The front door staff randomly told us we couldn’t enter the building. There was no sign or designation the restaurant was closed. We were told we could not enter to order. If you’re having issues with sales, you might walk to tell door staff that you don’t have to be a patient or nursing staff to eat there. It has been open to order since the quarantine began, so this sudden discrimination is disturbing.

Imagine my disappointment upon learning that this McDonald's does not honor senior coffee since the manager of this location has discontinued this service. Every other McDonald's I am aware of still honors the item. I realize that it is only 30 cents or so different from a small, but with two refills offered on small, what's the diff. This review is from March 7, 2018. They make no bones about it, just don't honor it. I ordered two pretzels to go with my meal and got my meal without the pretzels..i was told they were coming.. I reminded them three additional times before I watched someone go back and prepare them. Horrible service..
