To the lady running drive thru on 7/5/22 @ 10:30 am you need to learn some customer service skills . I ordered breakfast on the app because AT the time of placing of my order that’s all it had on there was breakfast items ! I get to the window & she wants to push a drink my way and say next time I won’t be able to get breakfast items because they stop at 10:30 so now imma be push to a parking spot to wait with the most nastiest look and attitude . Let’s set this straight I don’t care if I get breakfast food or not it doesn’t bother me I ordered what the hell your app on it maybe you need to get on there and update it . Instead of being rude about it . LEARN TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE WITH RESPECT ! Not to mention you substituted my hash brown with old cold fries next time just don’t even substitute it if your not gonna give people FRESH food .

Maybe I'm just biased bc I had to drive two hours starting at 0330 to get to a formation at 0600 at the reserve center just down the road and I've had a tough week adjusting to my new civilian job but 10/5 highly recommend. Super fast and open around 0530, I only ordered a bfast sandwich and coffee but was accidentally also given a hash brown and extra cream and sugar, and no it wasn't some form of military discount; I was in my pt uniform (just looks like a black t shirt in the dark) and there are no overt indicators on my car... definitely coming back for breakfast tomorrow, really needed the boost. Thanks guys 😊. Update. Had another rough start today and ended up late to first formation 😟 Not a good look on an NCO. I'll try again tomorrow tho. still looking forward to it.

Told me to pull over to a parking space and they'll have the food right out... Well that wasn't the case. Waited for 28 mins while 10 cars get moved through the drive thru... A lady comes out and says are you waiting for something... I said yeah I am... Really!!!??? Bad customer service and WHY else would I be sitting in a parking space that YOU told me to sit in. Won't be back.

This location is flat out trash when it's comes to customer service. I came in on May 7, lobby was completely empty. Everyone behind the counter wouldn't even acknowledge me nor made eye contact. I probably stood there about 10 minutes thinking someone will probably come but no one came. I shouldn't have even given them a star.
