The young guy taking our order was very friendly, professional and helpful. He was having to work the drive thru and the counter at the same time.The older manager was very disrespectful to the young employee yelling at him in front of customers. He blamed the young man for orders being wrong. Our order was perfect. I give 5 stars to the young man, food and the cook .9pm The manager needs to stop arguing with employees in front of customers.

Today, 4/8/2022, was the worst experience I could possibly have at any food restaurant. I put in an order at 11:30 via Uber eats for pick up. I got there about 12:15. There was an order waiting on the back counter. After almost 30 minutes, she finally realized it was my order. I gave my last name because I don't know how the tickets print. She didn't bother to check the order. I told her what the order was. The absolute worst customer service!!! I will NEVER EVER come here again!!

On 2/11/2022 and 2/15/2022 We visit the Gordon Hwy location we (our entire staff eats here) order here often but the last 2 visit we had we were helped by a employee by the name of Ashanti. She was extremely rude both visits acted as if it was a problem to take our order, when asking for condiments she said it's in the bag with no condiments in there. The other visit we were pulled up and told our food would be brought out to us and after waiting 15 min I went inside to see if it was ready and she slapped the bag and said the food was on the counter. When asked to speak to manager she stated she was the manager. When told about her rude attitude she got loud and started to use profanity. She's a horrible representation of this company and unfortunately we have decided none of our staff will eat here any longer.
