Extremely rude employees at the window. Almost like they were on drugs, very slow, ignored us and had a blank stare, when I said have a good day I was ignored a few mins after delayed speech, delayed motor skills, and employee made no eye contact to mumble “HaVe A NiCe DaY”…which was creepy and robotic. Maybe prejudice? I have no clue but this place has went DOWNHILL I hope they get new owners or management before they shutdown completely. I have been given old food before too, cheese old, biscuits hard as rocks. They don’t care. Also, If employees lack common decency, customer service and respect maybe they shouldn’t be at the window. My mom and I were completely ignored as if we were not people at both windows. Crystal the manager has always been amazing but i don’t know what’s going on with these 2 employees but I’ve been going here for a very long time and will never go back, even if they were the only place to exist and I’m dying of hunger. If they treat customers this way there is no telling what the employees will do to the food. Hire better employees that actually wanna be there. Also, every time I go there they are never busy and still make you wait on your order for 15 mins.. maybe worth 7 dollars an hour… definitely not 13-15. Regardless of how wonderful the manager is i won’t be back.

I ordered a sausage McMuffin when I opened it it smelt weird further investigation of my food I came to realize it was only stinky where it seemed to have been handled the wrapping and the food. Smelt like doo-doo and powder. MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES WASH THEIR HANDS!!!!! Imma keep my money flowing to Washington rd evans by the new Starbucks they got the best service they people are clean and the food is good! Never again fury’s ferry/baston rd. Gross!!!!
