Burger King

I'm not a Burger King fan anymore, the food wasn't the best, neither was the service. Stopped in for a quick bite and I'll I got was drama. My food was not cooked to my satisfaction and my burger tasted like my five year old grandchild made it. At least with him I could have had the satisfaction that it was made with love. Nevertheless when spending your own coin one might expect a modicum of professionalism, I saw none of the like. No need to complain, take the L, and move on. As of now BK, is off of my list of places to eat or recommend. Needless to say there may be a hidden gem out there. When I come across it, I will let you know. But smaller burgers and higher prices, no thanks

What's up with the burger king.use to be great food but now it's not being taking care of inside are out. And the food is old and cold and no condiments on the chicken sandwiches. I really love them but a last few I got there I threw them away. Even the whopper. Really need to get back to the old ways.

Very rude a gentlemen and a lady was at the window. They made the order wrong and they ignored us at the window when we was trying to give the burger back. I didn’t get any names but we was literally the one ones in drive thru and they were just super rude about a cheese burger. And they never said I’m sorry or even we will have that out for you in a moment. Just straight rude and it took everything for me Not to go out of character because I have done fast food and customer service for 10 years. Treat others how you want to be treated. They looked like teens so it made sense. And I know they was talking about us while walking off. Awful and will not be going back.

A "hot mess" is how I describe my visit. After driving pass other tempting restaurants coming from Charlotte, I decided to pull into Burger King on Dean's Bridge Rd. Seeing that the drive through only had one car, I started to leave for fear that some food would not be fresh. Against my first leading, I ordered at 9pm and recvd my Impossible Whopper, a Whopper, 2-10 count chicken pieces and a small order of fries at 9:20 (The wait was painful enough after traveling.) I got home and the only thing fresh after the 20 min wait were the chicken nuggets and fries. I wish I had not craved for that Impossible Whopper. After arriving home, which is about a 5-7 min drive, as I excitedly took the Impossible Whopper from the slightly soiled bag, the onion reaked as I took out a cold, sloppily made Whopper. It was enough mayonnaise on that sandwich to make a chicken salad. I just knew it had been sitting at the restaurant forever and that if I were to eat it, I might have been poisoned. Whew! Please, if you stop to this BK, BEWARE!!!!!. There is a score of 99 posted on the drive-through window that is missing how the score was obtained. Last night as I witnessed fries, lettuce and other particles on the floor, I started to ask for my money back and drive off. But again...against my better judgment...I didn't. Needless to say, I photographed the trash that this BK tried to pass off as consumable food and chalked it up to experience. I fixed a safe, faithful PB&J sandwich, popped open the tab of a mini Pepsi, and ate a snack-size bag of Cheetos and I was satisfied. I recommend you do the same when traveling on Sundays and Chik fil A is not open!!!!!

Today is March 31st 4:45 pm I went to the Burger King on Deans bridge road. The girl that was in drive through from jump sounded like she wasn’t happy to be there or take our order. After getting eyes rolled at us and me being ignored when I tried to ask for sauce for my nuggets I had to ask her are you having a bad day. She responds stop asking me that and walked away from the window. Never did get my sauce and because of that I will never be returning. People shouldn’t accept job offers if they are unhappy with their job.

Didn't make my burger right. I walked in to order and asked for a Whopper burger only, with Cheese, Off the Broiler (made fresh) Cut in Half. And instead i got a messed up whopper, the meat was folded in half, it had cheese but it was not off the broiler (fresh), and it was not cut in half, very annoying & disappointing.
