Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The line for Drive up was completely around the building at 7:30 on a cold Saturday night which im sure was a little unusual but service was so slow cars were getting out of line. We were in line over 30 minutes. Its been like this before and i had decided to park and go inside as i only wanted a soft serve cone on a warm day after work thinking i could get my order a little quicker after all i took the time to come in. But no my little order for a single cone had to wait in line in order of all the drive up orders. The employee could of simply turned around made my order and handed it to me in less than a minute but instead stood there looking at the monitor making orders for drive up. I could of sat in my car and still got my order. Thats bad training and management. Still i love the Ice cream.

Not a good experience point blank one of the worst places I've gone will never go back...since I can't respond on the link you left that doesn't work I will just comment again ,there is nothing like having to repeat yourself or be completely ignored because someone the cashier knew walked in,the two walked in front of me and my guest right up to the counter as we were trying to order and we more or less were pushed aside the service was horrible orders were not right I will never return to this place
