Ordered from here on Christmas because they were open for dinner. After waiting an hour, we finally got our take-out order, just to get home and realize the order was wrong. Had to go back and get the correct order. We got the Chow mien, sweet and sour chicken, and Mongolian beef. Nothing tasted good, absolute garbage. These people need to get out of the restaurant business ASAP! The sweet and sour chicken was bland, dry, and tasteless. Nothing remotely sweet nor sour about it. Complete disappointment. The Chow Mien was more bland veggies with crispy fried noodles. I won’t be returning ever again, I suggest you skip this joint and go find yourself some edible food. Thank you!

I have also been a huge fan of Paradise since it opened and the food tonight was extremely expensive and it was terrible!!!! The chicken is not “white meat” only anymore, the sesame chicken was over done and no flavor. The pork fried dumplings had lettuce in them!!!! Clearly used as a “filler” and cold and disgusting! Completely disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Sad that management doesn’t care and will lose all their loyal customers.

Our take out order was terrible. We have been a fan of the restaurant since they opened. I spoke with the manager and explained that it was sub par from what we are use to. He was not concerned at all. He said he has not gotten any negative feedback and my comment was the only negative comment he received. He was not cooperative to my input and mentioned that I could order from another Chinese restaurant!! I will not order from them again. Be careful, you will be might be disappointed!

Super bummed the quality went down. This was our favorite local Chinese place and we used to order from here all the time. We got takeout today and they clearly changed up their food. They used to have the most delicious dumplings ever and today they were like the plain freezer gyoza you get at most places, full of lettuce and not that delicious pan fried homemade dumping anymore. Like why get rid of something so delicious and replace it with that?!?! Also the wonton soup was meh, just empty pieces of wonton with no meat inside and a very strong tasting broth. Disappointing for sure. The lo mein was the only thing still good. Going to look for other Chinese places in the area now. This is no longer going to be our go to.

Worst manager on site worst service, put in orders for two happy families and paid cash only got 5 out of the 10 dollars back and they got the order completely wrong after one of the workers telling us she would take care of us they charged me anyways for it the manager was super unprofessional in handling the situation and turned around like he didn’t care won’t be ordering from here again please be warned

So far, this place has been great. Specifically I enjoyed their sesame chicken, a fantastic blend of sweet, spice, and crisp. The staff was very friendly and non-intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our meal within ourselves yet never leaving us wanting of refills or check service. We plan on returning to try out some of their other dishes.

I have gone here with my family for 2 years to the point where they have my number and name saved in their system. I can disappointed with how they handle my concern yesterday. We order 3 dishes and one was a Beef and Scallion dish. The other two dishes were great, the Scallion dish had about 3 small scallions as in Nickel sized. The menu specifically says Large Scallions, we paid almost $17 for this dish. If we were not getting Scallions we could have paid for a beef dish for $10. I called to ask if the order they could refund the different or give us restaurant credit for next time. Alan basically said unless I brought the food back up there so they can see would not. Issue was they were closed already by the time we noticed and started eating and the person had to eat their dinner. They should know they didn’t really give us scallions and gave us maybe $10 of next time. No customer service, no compromise, basically called me a liar. They have lost my business forever, horrible people.
