If you want something specific, ask if they have if BEFORE you hand over your money, because they don’t tell you that they are out of something. They will take your money and make you wait in line for 10 minutes before telling you they are out of an item that you have already paid for. And they won’t offer a refund; instead you will be asked what you want instead. Today they forced me to substitute 3 items from my order. Out of 4, making it a meal I didn’t want but was forced to pay for.

This is our primary Einstein's that we go to on the weekends for a special breakfast. Their curbside pickup is awesome, really organized. The app is a great option to minimize contact and make quick orders and refer back to previous ones he's made, but there's no way to enter a comment or substitution. I can't have cheese now so I order through the app and then call to request they removed on sandwiches for example. Everyone is always so kind and helpful, and I'm grateful we have this location so close to pop by for something special, especially these days we're special things are hard to come by.
