Went to the Starbucks waited 8 minutes past the time they were supposed to be open only to have the guy say and I quote " i dont know why yall standing over here". Like to get coffee why else would I be standing here? Only for him to complain and lose 3 customers.. never had a problem with Starbucks but never going back there again!

Barista was extremely rude. I always order a shaken iced expresso, and she made it with no milk for some reason. When I asked her to add the milk to it she tried to tell me that’s what I ordered, and she wouldn’t. So I showed her on my phone when you order a shaken iced expresso there is always milk and she tried to tell me that’s not what I ordered even though it literally said it on the sticker on the cup. I just left and said if add it at home. I couldn’t believe how rude she was.

I tried to get there 15 to 20 minutes before they closed to grab a quick starbucks but they were already closed when I got there. And I've worked retail before and I usually try not to go that close to closing time because I know it can be annoying. But I feel like to close 15 - 20 minutes early is a bit frustrating especially when their hours are listed as 9.

Worst starbucks ever. Employees are so rude and that place is never open and when it is open is only for a couple of hours.

Never enough staff. I go to Target often, and I always get excited to grab a beverage and then remember it takes forever... There are a couple of really excellent barristas, but I feel bad for them when the lines are super long.
