So glad this location reopened and is remodeled. I was especially excited that the other day I was there the gentleman that works there I haven't seen since before covid has returned. If you dine in the place often you'll know who he is. Always attentive, offering refresher and cleaning up. I was so happy to see him. The food as always is great. Clean and tidy especially fresh with new remodel.

They tried to give me the wrong order then I had to wait for too long just to get a shake to go with my order. Was not given a fork or nugget dip that I asked for. You’d think with all those people working there it would have been faster and more accurate. Staff was not as friendly today as usual. And why does the inside lane always go faster?????

Please train employees proper way to converse to customers. Justin (black boy with glasses) asked where I was from and if I was traveling from out of the country. Because of how I looked, he racially profiled me as Mexican. I am from Powder springs Georgia.If you want to know someone’s ethnicity, all you have to do is ask “what’s your ethnicity”. Would it be okay if I were to ask Justin if he was from Africa? No. It would not. Please train your employees to not have ignorance. I have been going here for all of my life, and never had any issues until now. Do better.

Came to this location the other day, the so-called manager was rude, she looked as if she was Indian, she was very rude!!!! I was about to REALLY let her have it, please go get yourself some more training, because you are in America and we don’t take kindly to rudeness especially!!! She was lucky I had my kids with me, and then when asked to more up, absolutely no one greeted me, and it was 3-4 people standing outside the window to hand out orders, I had to speak to them!!!

I have to change from 5 stars to 3. I asked for a large cup of ice because the $2.25 tea comes with warm and ice is melted and it's gross to drink. I'm so upset that I was refused ice from a boy who told me he wasn't giving me ice. I support this one because I have a close contact to it but not anymore I'll drive out of my way to go to a CFA that will give me ice for my warm tea.

It's Chick FilA so yes, the food is good and consistent. However, the 1-star review is for the new drive thru set up for the Austell Rd location. It's chaotic every time with different employees running around asking you your name repeatedly. The previously efficient restaurant has now become a circus in a parking lot. The car 4 cars behind you could have their food but have to sit and wait because they're blocked in. They need to fix this!!
