Hidden Gem is my best summary. The food is extremely fresh and has tons of flavor, the seating is nice inside and out, and the staff really care. They have a lot more vegan options on the menu than what you see online, like their secret menu. The menage a trois was on the secret menu, and was sweet with a heat kick and TONS of protein. They do not skimp on ingredients, either. My bowl had at least 2 whole beyond beef patties worth of vegan meat. Another point, their portions are HUGE. Easy two meals from one bowl, so don't let the price stop you. They have local juices as well to wash it all down. Their employees are also awesome. One employee slightly pushed my fork off the napkin and onto the table, and she immediately replaced before I even noticed. The music was chill and the place feels really clean. Super happy and will definitely be back!

Ive have passed this place on numerous occasions and vowed to check it out! I finally did today and it did not disappoint! The was tasty and well seasoned! Portion size was ok, as we are trying to stay fit! I like the fact that I could eat most items on the menu even with my dietery needs and restrictions. What's even better it is less than 10 minutes from the house and has a small outdoor patio with lights and music! I will be back! I may have found my new favorite place! PS indoor has nice ambiance too! There are sum yum yum food bowl selections on this menu that are uniquely titled. I had the, "Love Me Long Time" bowl off the veggie options. Can someone say loudly, FREEKIN DELICIOSO!!! Hooray for the proprietor of Fit Foodies. I'm advised that the owner's name is Andre and he has in no way out done himself since this bistro is a definite mainstay, go to and staple that I will put my grand children on to. WORD BOND💯‼️ Update: 2/8/22. Not too happy that I was told that I can dine in but dishes are no longer provided, only take out plates. May have to talk to Andre about that. And that info was given with a nasty tone by one of the workers. Also my food was way less tastee than on previous visits. Thus, it may be a long while b4 I return. Not favorable on this one.

O-M-G!!! The food here is BANGING!!!!! I've eaten at this restaurant three times now, and the food is consistently amazing! The staff is always courteous, nice and friendly. And although I've always ordered my food to go, the restaurant is really clean and spacious. Whether you're watching your caloric intake, or simply looking for a tasty meal - Fit Foodies MUST be on your list of restaurants to try! I wasn't ready. I. WAS. NOT. READY. So should you decide to venture to this delicious little spot, please note the beautiful ambiance, the inspirational quotes on the walls, the freshly cooked in front of you food and if you do nothing else, pay Attention to those warning label on the bottle drinks. If it says DETOX. It means DETOX Immediately. No games are played here ladies, gents and neutrals, it will give you exactly what it promised you and you are going so thank you ten times over. I suggest you Try every flavor ( I know I am). This was the first time in a long time I didn't feel sleepy after lunch. I went with my coworker and we both got the pineapple rice with jerk chicken and shrimp, again loved it, especially my friend but just a friendly reminder, drink water and not the healthy drinks with your meal... Look! Stop playing and pay this place a visit! lol. I've always passed by and thought about stopping but I never did. Today, I thought I would give them a try. I ordered the "Between the Sheets" and it was sooo good. But I'm not surprised. Right away, I noticed how amazing it looked and smelled. The flavor was great, the salmon and shrimp were cooked perfectly, and it was a good portion. On top of that, the restaurant is clean and the person who took my order was courteous. I had just walked up to the register, after looking at the menu. She initially was turned around and didn't see me but once she noticed me, she immediately goes "I am so sorry". I was not bothered at all because I wasn't even there long, but I definitely appreciated the sweetness and politeness of her apology. Many places don't know what good customer service is anymore so big ups to Fit Foodies for great food and customer service. I'm already thinking about when my next visit will be. I can't wait to try something else on the menu.
