worst krystals ever. I always have an issue with this place, whether my food is cold when or my order is incomplete. I just sat at this drive thru for 10 minutes and watched 6 other cars come and go before i decided to call . The young guy who answered the phone said that they were handling other large orders but he would start back taking orders on the outside in a few minutes. in my past experience, I have always thought that drive thru was priority... so this was very disturbing especially when i know they saw the cars goin past and didn’t have the audacity the tell us what was happening ... extremely rude .

It does not appear to have been cleaned for quite some time. The drive thru window was filthy as was the driveway and everything else that I could see through the window. The lights on the exterior and menu board were out. It was as if they were pretending not to be open. The service was super slow, I don't think I can thoroughly explain how slow. Miraculously though, our orders were accurate.

The wings are always made to order at Krystal,so they're always hot and fresh. Since you're getting fresh wings, you also get fresh fries. Even though chicken is not their primary food, their wings are among my favorites, and consistently good. Just be aware that they are spicy, even though they are fried with no Buffalo sauce. It's well worth the five minute wait if you're a fan of spicy fried wings. The employee was very friendly and engaging as well, and she made sure I had napkins. For some reason, other places won't give you napkins unless you ask.

I went here a few days ago around 9:30pm (drive thru) trying to buy a large order for my big family. There was no other customers there so not busy at all. The guy at the window first refused to let me change my order when I realized he was charging me for meals with drinks rather than family pack. I explained we didn’t want drinks and therefore didn’t need to pay extra for it. He said “that is too hard to change at this point please don’t make my job harder”. I tried to insist because it’s not what I wanted, and he refused to change it, so I gave up because I was tired after working all day then running errands, and just paid. He then said my card was declined when I knew that was impossible! So I asked him again to just cancel that and redo the order cheaper without the drinks I never wanted from the start so I could just pay cash. He refused and told me “that’s too hard and I don’t know how to do it and nobody else does either so you should just leave”. I was furious and left. Then later found out they DID charge my card!!! I called and he said (big surprise) he didn’t know how to refund my card! So next day I called and spoke to the store manager named “Misty” who said it’s impossible to refund my card and just come get the food or cash. I explained I’m disabled and shouldn’t be driving, live too far away (I had just happened to be in that area that night), and i work full time so couldn’t make it back up there before she leaves. She said “well that’s not my problem, if you can’t make it before 7 tonight you are left to deal with the rude guy who doesn’t know how to do anything”. I’ve tried contacting Krystal’s corporate office 3 times already and still not heard back from anyone or had my money refunded!!! Do NOT go there!!! The employees are more rude than any fast food place I’ve ever been (that speaks volumes considering I’ve grown up in ATL area my whole life lol), and they don’t know anything about how to run a simple register and handle customers money responsibly and carefully. They will overcharge you for their convenience, and tell you to leave if you don’t oblige. None of the managers care enough about their customers to try and resolve service problems and refuse to refund your money for food you never even received unless it’s convenient for them. They are NOT accommodating to disabled people, and never even apologized for the problem or the workers rudeness and lack of help/mishandling of my credit card/money. This location is a train wreck overall. My family used to love Krystal, but we will never eat there again! I STILL haven’t gotten my money back for the food I never even received and it’s several days later!! If you take the chance of eating here, be prepared for untrained staff that are rude and if you get charged wrong or have any problems know that your issue will never be resolved and literally NOBODY cares, not even managers or corporate! This is a friendly warning for all those who grew up loving Krystal, that they have let the company fall apart. Your better off driving past and stopping at “Cook out” or “Sonic” or literally anywhere else where you will be treated better, have fresher food, don’t have to worry about getting robbed of your hard earned money and find better deals. This company isn’t what it used to be. 😡 - EXTREMELY disappointed former customer

This location is not ready for prime time. While the food was fine (it wasn't anything to write home about), service was slower than molasses in winter. The fact that the drive-thru speaker was scratchy and barely audible didn't help either. Three stars is probably generous, but we did get what we ordered after confirming the purchase at the window since we couldn't effectively do it when the order was first placed. This was important since they were missing some basic ingredients and couldn't fulfill our first request. If you love Krystal stop by, but there are plenty of other fast food options in the area.

I order 24 Krystal's and 12 of them were edible but the other 12 was very hard and the fries were half cooked with tons of salt. I spent $25 & some change for nothing I had cheese on everyone of them & 12 pickles on half. I would like for a free 24 fresh cooked Krystal's with 6 all the way done fries. I didn't not receive a receipt for my Krystal's or my fries. I'm not happy at all my family could not eat their meal for the night. There was no manager in the Krystal's I guess this location want or need people to start reporting this place to the health department & to BBB because right now this location is not doing well especially serving customers nasty food that they won't even eat themselves. I'm highly upset. I need to hear corporate very soon pertaining to this matter.

Ordered 6 Krystal chicks. They are supposed to have pickles and mayo. None had pickles and some didn’t have mayo and others had a very small dab of what didn’t even look like mayonnaise. I wasn’t going to take the chance of eating God knows what so I threw them away. The furthest I’ll go is writing a review just because I don’t 100% know if there’s anything serious to report, unless others see this and it does turn out to be something serious or there’s been similar suspicions in the past.

I paid for extra bacon didn't get extra bacon. My eggs were dry and crumbly as if they scraped them off the side of the pan. Nasty... Follow up, I was advised by the company to file a complaint online. As you can see below. Now I see why the employees are so poorly trained and don't have a care in the world for customers. I submitted my complaint and still have yet to receive any type of follow up concerning this. From anyone bad business and poor representation of the company
