True Food Kitchen

Beautiful, open restaurant! I love that you can see the kitchen from any seat in the restaurant. We tried the edamame dumplings. That weren’t too great to look at but they sure were tasty! We also tried the butternut squash soup. Which I loved. So delicious and perfect for a cold day. We were a little disappointed that they didn’t have the glass noodles. I can’t believe they ran out at 1PM on a Monday but I guess that’s just proof of how good it is! We had pesto pasta and a ranch chicken wrap. Both very very delicious. Our only complaint was that the food was not hot, at all. Not sure if it was the lunch rush or how they choose to serve the food but the dumplings and the soup would have definitely been more delicious if they were warmer in temperature

I really like the true food kitchen and all that it stands for. They have a great selection of food that runs from vegan to vegetarian to also including meat. They have very fresh and healthy food in general. It's a lovely atmosphere for down at the Seahlom district and a great place for a group of people to go . They have a lot of seating and it's a large space inside and out which lends itself to rarely being full or having a wait. One other thing that I really can say about this is I love the fact that I can eat healthy and not sacrifice flavor or enjoyment of my food here . Another thing that is really lovely is the appetizers. They have a great selection and they come out quickly in my experience. The servers here are also very friendly and seem to care about what they're doing. That's always a good thing in my book too. I know this will sound funny, but they also have very nice bathroom facilities and I found myself taking some pictures of the bathroom design just because it was one of the better restaurant bathrooms I've seen in a long time. Don't judge, it's what makes me a good Google reviewer! Anyway I'll put this into a highly recommend mode and suggest that you get here if you haven't already discovered true food kitchen.

Maegan was an amazing server! My group of 3 asked her to surprise us with the appetizer, entree, and dessert! She delivered such amazing meals. She asked good questions about what we like and don’t like. My wife said that was all of her favorite foods on one plate! I have a very happy wife tonight because of Maegan! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
