Literally our favorite restaurant so far in Austin. Love their bone Marrow risotto and Spaghelti al Nero di Seppia! What a shame that they are temporarily closed.

Red Ash is the zenith of Italian indulgence in Austin. Stepping through its doors feels like entering a gastronomic kingdom where premium food and impeccable service reign supreme. The staff, armed with culinary wisdom, transforms your dining experience into a journey through the artistry of Italian cuisine. The menu, though succinct, packs a powerful punch. It's a carefully curated selection that screams quality and craftsmanship. Each dish is a masterpiece, a testament to the culinary prowess that defines Red Ash. Prepare to be transported to the heart of Italy with every forkful. Whether it's an intimate date night, a lively family outing, or a sophisticated corporate function, Red Ash caters to every occasion with flair. The ambiance oozes romance, the atmosphere is perfect for family gatherings, and the setting is corporate chic – truly a chameleon among restaurants. So, bring your appetite and, yes, your wallet – because indulgence of this caliber is a feast for the senses and an investment in culinary delight. Red Ash isn't just a restaurant; it's a celebration of flavor, a symphony of taste that will leave you craving an encore. 🍝✨

From start to finish, everything was delicious! We had the bread, snapper crudo, capelletti, agnelotti, and gelato. To drink, the Satan's circus, then espresso martini. It was all pretty fabulous! Service was prompt, and food came out at good times and temps. We did wish we had gotten the bone marrow and will next visit!

A must visit if you are in Austin. This restaurant never fails. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the food. House made pasta (they an in house gluten free alternative), lots of flavors, lots of butter! They have smaller portions for some of the plates, which allows you to get more variety to try. Bread is a must. It is impossible to get a reservation last minute, plan your visit far in advanced. There is a parking lot right across the street for those that drive.

#JoeFoodTour awesome Italian restaurant in downtown Austin. Usually takes 6-8 months to get a table. Food and service were top notch. Cesar salad, bone marrow, pasta with seafood, steak and dessert was amazing! #HowdyFromHouston #ThePropertyJoes #LivingLifeInHouston

Great dining experience. It took us a long time to get a table at Red Ash, but it was worth it. Their pastas are amazing. We also loved the marrow appetizer, as well as the halibut dish.

Been here a few times. Extremely hard to get a reservation. The food is high quality and pretty good but for how hard it is to get a reservation, it’s definitely a bit overhyped. The tomato & burrata dish was delicious and the rigatonici alla compagnolia was really good too but we weren’t that impressed with the olive oil cake & tiramisu. Great drink selections!

Red Ash was one of the reasons I wanted to visit Austin, and have been looking forward to this for some time. It absolutely didn't disappoint. The staff was amazing, the Tiramisu was the best I've ever had. However the Roasted bone marrow was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. I will come back every time I visit Austin.

I went to Red Ash after work one day with some coworkers and had a great experience! Normally, I would have tried to make a reservation, but we had no problem walking in for drinks and appetizers. I ordered the Basilico for my drink and then got the red snapper crudo and san danielle prosciutto and buratta to share and they were all very delicious! Everything was worth it! Great for date night or after work happy hour. The service was great and we had a wonderful time!
