Hopdoddy Burger Bar

Of all Hopdoddy’s in Texas, this is my family’s favorite. The location is great, the tables are always clean, personnel is super friendly and attentive, and the food is simple the best - always popping hot fries, amazingly fluffy buns (I love their gluten free bun with the millet (tried it ones for the change, and now always order it - it’s delicious!), veggies are always fresh and crisp, patties are tasty and cooked exactly the way we want it. And oh, the Nutella Shake is wonderful (sometimes their machine is down and it’s always a crisis for me, lol). I enjoy their floor to ceiling windows and not pounding music (just perfect noise level). Outside area is nice too (sometimes we travel with our pets and they love sitting next to us on a patio).

Amazing burger place. I ordered magic shrooms and I need to say I like it so much that I can eat a second one. I'm a mushroom lover and this burger has more mushrooms than you would expect. The pesto sauce is also very tasty and not too greasy. The fries are also amazing, especially with the truffle sauce. Needless to say it was a wonderful night.

We had a couple of good burgers here today. Nothing to write home about, but certainly delicious. The parmesan and truffle french fries were pretty good too. For some reason the dark beer was super cold and really hit the spot and my daughter's margarita was loaded with tequila. So while this place wasn't anything super fantastic, aside from the usual ridiculously high Austin prices, there's nothing to complain about either. A good, solid Eatery.

Never disappointed here, every burger I've tried has been a tasty combination but I enjoy creative things on my burger so they have great options here for me. The vegetarian black bean burger is super tasty and most places will mess up the vegetarian option at a burger joint but this one is good. Also, the mushroom burger is my fave and most recently I tried the Roosevelt, but the goat cheese overpowered the other toppings a bit. Not to be missed are the truffle parmesan fries though, the dipping sauce is incredible!
