First time trying the Satellite location. The service was really meh, like the workers were zombies with the personality of rocks. Just crack a little smile, be Texas friendly. The brisket had been on the warmer for quite some time, while it looked delicious, it was crispy hard with only about half of it edible. The slaw and Norma Jean's beans were fantastic. The sausage, I had both styles, was scrumptious. Pricing was STEEP, $28 for the single serve brisket, 2 small links, 2 sides and drink.

The first time I have eaten at this place, I think as far a meat goes it was good. I have had better bbq before here. The bbq sauce was more of a vinaigrette base and more tangy than sweet. The service was ok, one lady was friendly here but the gentleman was not. I would go here again and try the rest of the meat options when I’m back in Austin.

The pork ribs were tender and succulent, with a delightful smoky flavor that added depth to each bite. The beef ribs were a true delight, showcasing a rich and robust taste that lingered on the palate. And let's not forget the beef brisket, which was masterfully cooked to perfection, boasting a mouthwatering blend of spices that elevated the overall flavor experience. From the first bite to the last, the BBQ joint truly delivered a remarkable and unforgettable taste journey. If you're ever in Austin again, it's definitely a must-visit!
