Quack's 43rd Street Bakery

We used Quack's for our wedding cake and desserts and we had THE best experience. Kirsten, the wedding cake consultant, was my favorite vendor that I worked with for our wedding. She is so kind and responsive and came up with creative ways to work with our budget and our servings needs for both the cake and the desserts. Quack's is also the best price you'll find in Austin by FAR for wedding cake. We also really enjoyed the take out wedding cake tasting- we're going to do it just for fun with friends for dessert. You choose the different cake flavors and they give you decent sized pieces to taste along little samples of the frostings to mix and match the flavor profiles, it was very fun. Hire Quacks!!!

I came here with my family and we all loved what we ordered. The german chocolate cake was a treat for chocolate lovers! They have the best chai latte I've ever had and their cold brew coffe was also very flavourfull as well. They when have small drink sizes from kids. The Staff is very nice and helpful and the prices are also fair and not exorbitant.

The coffee was excellent great barista and the pastry as well! The service was awesome and they were very friendly but the kicker for me was! My girlfriend is Venezuelan and there was a young beautiful lady there who could speak her language such a nice thing when people are bilingual as I am learning. Good job Quacks. Most cultures have two languages shouldn't we. I must admit I wasn't about that until I met such wonderful people but now I'm convinced and as I look through the world it is normal.

Ordered a graduation cake for my son and his gf and even though they both only wanted white lol (die hard chocolate fan here), the cake was amazing! The buttercream was so light and airy- not at all heavy or greasy tasting like others I’ve had elsewhere. The team was also fantastic. Highly recommend!
