Shake Shack Austin, Domain

I can always count on Shake Shack to meet my night hunger needs. Having completed a three hour drive from Arlington, I figured this would be the easiest place to get food quickly. This location has self order kiosks, which are cool and easy to use. It's quite easy to navigate and to pay for your goods. If you're eating in, you take a number and find a table. You also share your mobile for a text. I selected a seat in front of the TV so I could watch the World Series. It wasn't long before my food was in front of me. And since I don't do ketchup, it was refreshing to hand it back to the young lady and the manager and not get push back (it happens). Everything about my meal was great. The spot got busier as it got closer to 8 pm. Overall, a good visit.

Jay and his team are the best! I love the creamsicles there and it had been awhile since I’ve had a burger at Shake Shack, but the team did not disappoint! Jay was super friendly & interactive and Sam was right beside him to ensure everyone was having a great experience. Top notch customer service and top notch food. It’s the little things for me and they made my night for being so friendly.

I walked in and was greeted by 2 employees. It is super clean and easy to see the whole kitchen! I got an avocado bacon burger, fries and a strawberry lemonade. It was easy to order on a little kiosk but a manager helped me at mine either way. The food came out hot and my fries were perfect :) definitely coming back if I can during this visit to Austin.

The Shake Shack Cheeseburger is a classic and highly-regarded item on their menu. It had a single beef patty, which was perfectly cooked and topped with a slice of American cheese. They use a soft potato bun and garnished with lettuce, tomato, and the signature ShackSauce, which adds a delightful flavor to the burger. We also had a double cheese burger (plain) which was also amazing. It's a must-try if you enjoy a classic, well-crafted cheeseburger with a touch of Shack's special flair. Shake Shack's cheese fries were delicious! They use crinkle cut fries and then are generously smothered in a rich and creamy cheese sauce. It's a delicious accompaniment to their burgers and adds a comforting, cheesy element to your meal. If you enjoy the combination of fries and cheese, Shake Shack's cheese fries are a tasty choice.

Finally got to try this place out, and I'm not going to say I was blown away or it was bad, it was pretty good. I got the Smoke Shack, and I can say it was delicious. The meat was fresh, bacon was cooked perfectly, cherry peppers were nice; however, the Bun was pretty weak for me, already soggy before I got my first bite. By the time I got to my last bite, I wasn't quite enjoying it as much. The fries were just simple crinkle cut fries, nothing special. Tried the 10 piece Nuggets, they were flavorful and crispy, just a tad bit salty but otherwise way better than C.F. One double burger, cheese fries, and 10 nuggets for almost 30 bucks, its a tad pricy. Overall not my first choice of places to grab a burger, but if I had to eat in the Domain, this would be my choice after... Ramen :)
