Alamo Drafthouse Lakeline

Great service and always great food. We watched the new hunger games the other night here and ofcourse enjoyed it. They had regular theater seating though which was a let down when compared to our favorite location, mueller. That has the recliners. Went on Tuesday night though and realized it’s half price ticket night! Always love Alamo and this one is no different!

Updating my review from 2 stars to 5. This Alamo went through a rough patch earlier in the year with mediocre service and food, but I’m happy to report that both the service and food are great again as of November, 2023! Been coming to this theater since 2017 and Alamo is the best again! No interruptions or phones allowed, no miles of annoying adverts before the show, and lots of good food and drinks. Quick and friendly service. Can’t ask for much more!

The service is awesome. There is a button to push when you are ready to order. They have the menu on the table, and a convenient light under the table. The temperature was ideal, I am usually a cold person in Cinemas, but here I was in shorts and I felt warm enough to enjoy the movie. I highly recommend Alamo Cinema.

Not as comfy as other theatres, but having food options is nice. I had the fish and chips and had ranch on the side. I liked their ranch. Fish was very well battered, and tartar sauce was yummy. We did decide on an appetizer after we ordered food and pushed the button and it took quite a while for her to come get that order and by the time we got that we didn't even want or need it anymore

I love this place. Always an amazing experience and a great facility. They recently started forcing you to pay 18% tip regardless of service. I always pay more tip than that, but it irks me when I'm forced to. I'll stop ordering food there as much. I wish they paid their employees more instead of forcing us to.

They bounced back from covid and made some changes. It was nice coming back after so long. The experience went well overall. The chairs could use an update. Also, the cost to eat there is reasonable for the venue and there's now a service charge instead of tip. However, this may have led to the overall service not really as on point. I like not worrying about the tip but I also don't appreciate not being able to get one soda refill and being ignored and given the check instead. Maybe just an oversight but my meal was also missing its side but eventually I got it. Food overall was quite decent, wings were excellent too. Will come back and give it another go.

This is a great theatre!  There's adequate parking for the number of customers in the 8 theaters. The seats are very comfortable.  The temperature is perfect--no sub zero temps inside. The staff up front have been friendly. One helped me solve a movie pass problem I had. The servers in the theatres have done really good jobs. They move quickly to take care of customers and not interrupt the movies. The popcorn is very good here, and I'm a huge fan of the boozy milkshakes. Fried pickles just came back, and they taste as good as they used to. I appreciate that Alamo takes pre-payment method for food and drink. This has made the end of movies very calm. A highlight of every movie for me is to see who or what is going to tell me to behave in the theatre and, if I don't, what the punishment will be. Godzilla and Michelle Yeoh are my favorites as of this writing.

Great movie theater! The staff is always friendly and quick with bringing our orders. There are always a lot of fun events for kids and backdrops to take pics in front of. My only complaint with Alamo is the fee you have to pay when buying tickets online/through the app so we just typically go to the front desk and buy them right before the show.
