Edge Rooftop

This was the second year we’ve gone to the snow rooftop at Edge. We had a great time both times - views are lovely, “snow” was cute and great service overall. Food was ok - we found the shishito peppers to be the best item we tried and all portions were pretty small. The drinks were mediocre for the price, especially the butter rum (which was oddly flavored tho pleasant temperature). We went for dinner/drinks last time but this year went more for an after dinner cocktail (which was a better move imo). The ambience is fun and worth going, so we will continue to make this a yearly thing!

Great place! Would definitely recommend going later in the evening. My friend and I arrived at 8 and it was still really hot out there. The drinks were great. We got appetizers that I unfortunately did not get a picture of(besides the sliders). There was some queso with corn and guacamole dip. It was all in one, and it was delicious. We also got the brisket sliders, and they were really, really good. For it being an appetizer, though, I wish it were an even number of sliders instead of 3. The live music was nice and fun. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Amazing atmosphere, service was excellent...but... While the sauce on the brisket sliders was nice, there was virtually no brisket to be found for $17. While I acknowledge that you're also paying for atmosphere and a downtown hotel price tier...this sucked. I did comment on it to the waitress who stated that this would be passed on to the head chef. Will it? I won't learn anytime soon. For Bourbon lovers, be aware that a mixed cocktail will automatically be prepped with Maker's Mark and a $2 upcharge over a Jack Daniel's. If you're having a B&C, you need to specify the lower shelf Bourbon.
