Stinson's Bistro

Oh mercy ... I looked up the route to a different place to breakfast; but saw Stinson's on the list and was turning at their corner. So I changed plans and stopped there. Great service ... an Americano coffee made right away while I was paying. And the breakfast tacos were great! the salsa amazing. So I bought a couple extra tacos for take-out. The only improvement I could suggest is window treatments so there are more places to sit out of the sunlight.

Staff was friendly and very efficient. Pretty chill and low key for a mid day Saturday. Requested staff to surprise me on the Latte flavor and wasn’t disappointed. Total spent: $8

I messed up my door dash order and did not check what I wanted on my tacos and they could not get in touch with me. When my order was delivered they had gone out of their way to make everything allergen friendly complete with a handwritten note explaining what they did! The attention to potential dietary restrictions and incredible customer service on their part is very impressive. Would 100% recommend. Also, the food was great!

Stinson's is my favorite place to get coffee in the entire city of Austin. They are fairly priced and in a great location. They have everything you might need: big tables, clean atmosphere without frilly distractions, free unlimited wifi (good luck finding that, other places make you pay or buy something), good parking, and friendly service. I've been given a free drink before just because or when they were having technical difficulties. I particularly love this place at night, the lights make it so beautiful inside and vibey. I am a student and this place is my spot to study or bust out a term paper. My only complaint is they got rid of the punch card and their hours are short on the weekdays. Seriously, it's so good. Especially the chai.
